Kate Birch

I’ve worked at the sharp end of People & Culture, so can understand the pressures of leading in today’s hybrid, high-change workplace. With over 20 years’ senior leadership experience in the UK and NZ, I work with people leaders to tackle challenges head-on.

Through coaching and facilitation sessions, I’ll help you create clarity, strengthen confidence, and build practical strategies you can put into action straight away. You’ll come away with tools to build resilience, lead with authenticity, and create high-performing teams, all while keeping wellbeing at the heart of leadership.
