It's time to make this — "Your Time"

This is not a one-off workshop. It's a guided journey.

Over three months, we meet online for a 45-minute session at 12:30pm on 10 June, 1 July, and 5 August — inviting you to slow down, pay attention, and reconnect with yourself in a practical and supportive way.

This series creates space to pause, notice where you are right now, and gently shift how you meet the pressures of everyday life. By committing to the full series, you give yourself time to reflect, practise, and embed change. With one session per month, you'll build new habits gradually — supported by connection, continuity, and shared accountability.

Each workshop builds on the last — moving from awareness, to action, to integration — so the changes you make are realistic, sustainable, and truly yours.

Rather than adding more to your full plate, this series helps you create more space — in your day, and in your mind.

Who it's for

"Your Time" is for you if…

  • Stress is affecting your sleep, mood, confidence, or relationships.
  • You're holding everything together while quietly running on empty.
  • You want to feel calmer, clearer, and less reactive in everyday life.
  • You struggle to switch off even when your body is exhausted.
  • You're tired of surviving your weeks and collapsing on weekends.
  • You know you need support, not another thing added to your to-do list.
  • You're ready to make yourself a priority again, without guilt.
The Series

Three workshops, one journey

From awareness, to action, to integration — each session builds on the last.

Workshop One · 10 June

Awareness

This first workshop focuses on building awareness without judgement.

Many of us move through the day on autopilot — reacting to pressure, saying yes when we mean no, over-functioning, withdrawing, people-pleasing, or pushing through exhaustion because it feels like there's no other option.

In this session, you'll notice the patterns that shape your experience and understand how stress shows up for you personally.

Workshop Two · 1 July

Action

Once you can see your patterns, the next step is learning how to respond in ways that support you — especially when life feels intense, uncertain, or overwhelming.

This workshop focuses on practical strategies for managing pressure, regulating stress responses, and choosing where to place your energy. It helps you step out of automatic reactions and into more grounded, intentional responses.

Workshop Three · 5 August

Integrate

The final workshop brings everything together. This is a chance to reflect on what you've discovered, make sense of your patterns, and create a way forward that feels realistic, personal, and sustainable.

Rather than being given a one-size-fits-all wellbeing plan, you'll be supported to design what actually works for you — your life, your energy, your responsibilities, your boundaries, and your priorities.
